A seasoned real estate developer known for some of the most valuable new developments in Budapest, Németvölgyi Residence is Biggeorge Property's latest project in Buda's elegant District XII. It won Best Residential Development at the 2019 European Property Awards.

Biggeorge Property, part of the Biggeorge Holding, is one of the biggest players in the Hungarian real estate development market.
Project Scope
The client commissioned us to create traditional promotional images and video, plus a 360-degree walkthrough of the project.

Through many iterations and lot of back and forth with the client, we were able to deliver a video that captures the elegance of the development and its immediate neighbourhood. It also aims to feature all the benefits, like the huge park area, in a comprehensible way for the viewers.
95% of the content in the short film (both the animations and most of the raw video content) was rendered out of UP2VR's 3D model of the project.
